Qualifikationen

• 3+ Jahre Erfahrung im Einzelhandel, davon mindestens 1 Jahr in einer Führungsrolle.
• Starke Kommunikations- und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten.

Aufgaben

• Bereitstellung von außergewöhnlichem Kundenservice und Betreuung von bis zu 6 Store Advisors.
• Verwaltung von Inventar und Unterstützung bei der Lagerhaltung.

This is your opportunity to become a core part of On’s Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) team based in our Zurich Flagship Store. This store is our first store in Switzerland and the first ever Flagship store for On in Europe!

On will rely on you to deliver exceptional customer service to each and every customer while embodying On’s core values and passion for movement. Our Flagship Store is the hallmark of the On brand, and we are always finding unique ways to deliver a premium product and innovative customer experience with cutting-edge technology.

Your Mission

1. General:
2. Continuously embody and communicate On's values and brand philosophy to internal and external customers.
3. Provide exceptional customer service, including greeting customers as they walk in, responding to inquiries, and creating solutions based on their needs.
4. Supervise and mentor up to 6 Store Advisors, demonstrating a customer-focused approach.
5. Manage daily zoning schedules to optimize customer flow.
6. Open and close the store following protocol.
7. Maintain in-depth product knowledge and stay updated on On’s global activities.
8. Contribute ideas on merchandising and store events.
9. Provide feedback to store leadership for process and service improvements.
10. Help maintain visual standards to deliver a premium experience.
11. Assist with inventory management and ordering.
12. Perform other duties as needed.
13. Back of House (BoH):
14. Ensure inventory accuracy and manage stock levels.
15. Maintain a well-functioning stock room for efficient product retrieval.
16. Coordinate with store leadership and manage operational questions related to store systems.
17. Train team members on BoH processes.
18. Support store maintenance and facility management to uphold standards.
19. Act as a system & IT first responder, troubleshooting POS and other store technology.
20. Work closely with visual merchandising teams to implement guidelines.
21. Support and mentor team members, ensuring excellent customer service and product engagement.
22. Maintain knowledge of product details and global projects.
23. Provide feedback for store process improvements.
24. Perform other duties as needed.
25. Your Story:
26. High School Diploma; Bachelor’s Degree is a plus.
27. 3+ years retail experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
28. Preferred background in Running, Fashion, or Sports Industry.
29. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
30. Proactive, quick learner, able to work independently and in a team.
31. Excellent store presentation and visual merchandising skills.
32. Ability to multitask and adapt to business needs.
33. Proficient in English; B2 level in German required.

35. Position involves constant communication, physical activity, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
