Your Mission
- General:
- Continuously embody and communicate On's values and brand philosophy to internal and external customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including greeting customers as they walk in, responding to inquiries, and creating solutions based on their needs.
- Supervise and mentor up to 6 Store Advisors, demonstrating a customer-focused approach.
- Manage daily zoning schedules to optimize customer flow.
- Open and close the store following protocol.
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge and stay updated on On’s global activities.
- Contribute ideas on merchandising and store events.
- Provide feedback to store leadership for process and service improvements.
- Help maintain visual standards to deliver a premium experience.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering.
- Perform other duties as needed.
- Back of House (BoH):
- Ensure inventory accuracy and manage stock levels.
- Maintain a well-functioning stock room for efficient product retrieval.
- Coordinate with store leadership and manage operational questions related to store systems.
- Train team members on BoH processes.
- Support store maintenance and facility management to uphold standards.
- Act as a system & IT first responder, troubleshooting POS and other store technology.
- Work closely with visual merchandising teams to implement guidelines.
- Support and mentor team members, ensuring excellent customer service and product engagement.
- Maintain knowledge of product details and global projects.
- Provide feedback for store process improvements.
- Perform other duties as needed.
- Your Story:
- High School Diploma; Bachelor’s Degree is a plus.
- 3+ years retail experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Preferred background in Running, Fashion, or Sports Industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, quick learner, able to work independently and in a team.
- Excellent store presentation and visual merchandising skills.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to business needs.
- Proficient in English; B2 level in German required.

- Position involves constant communication, physical activity, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
