Zusammenfassung

Kanadevia Inova, a global innovation leader in waste infrastructure, seeks a senior Process Engineering Leader in Zürich. You will head the process engineering team across projects, ensuring compliance with tender and HSE standards, and driving commissioning and delivery of documentation.

The role requires a degree in engineering, strong plant engineering experience, and proficiency with COMOS and CAPRI. English fluency is essential; German is a plus in a multilingual setting.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Process, Chemical, Mechanical or related Engineering discipline.
• Experience leading process engineering teams.
• Experience in plant engineering, construction and commissioning.
• Knowledge of EfW, Renewable Gas or Carbon Capture is a plus.
• Proficiency with COMOS, CAPRI and MS Office.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; fluent in English; German an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Lead the process engineering team and manage IGLENs across project execution.
• Ensure compliance with tender concept, policies, and HSE requirements.
• Manage the Process Work Package with quality deliverables on time and budget.
• Coordinate resources, weekly progress meetings, and use of engineering tools (e.g., COMOS).
• Facilitate collaboration with project stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Oversee documentation, operation manuals, CE conformity, and B2 documentation.
• Lead commissioning activities and reviews, and assess Fit-for-Performance.
• Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and knowledge sharing.
