You will collaborate with Product Management and Tech Partnerships to solve core business challenges, drive end-to-end MLOps, and mentor teams while aligning initiatives with our tech strategy.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years building personalization engines and predictive models in fast-paced D2C or E-commerce environments.
• Experience with real-time model training, streaming data processing, and low-latency deployment.
• Proven ability to translate ambiguous business challenges into scalable ML solutions with measurable impact.
• Strong collaboration with Product Management and Tech Partnerships to align with business KPIs.

Aufgaben

• Chart the vision for personalization and customer-level algorithms aligned with commercial goals and tech strategy.
• Lead complex initiatives to design, train, and deploy batch and real-time ML models into production environments with governance.
• Partner with Product Management and external Tech Partnerships to address core business challenges with actionable algorithms.
• Drive quantifiable business outcomes and customer value across touchpoints from web and app to personalized messaging.
• Evaluate adoption of changing technologies and partner platforms.
• Explain complex architectures to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Establish standards for real-time training, MLOps infrastructure, and model QA metrics.
• Mentor data science and engineering talent to maintain high technical standards.
