Job Description

As part of strengthening our industrial cybersecurity team, we seek a person responsible for leading and coordinating OT security actions across our production sites.

As Lead OT Security, you will:

• Lead a team of internal and external resources, ensuring coherence of OT security initiatives.
• Establish security policies and deploy strategies compliant with IEC 62443 standards.
• Implement operational management processes: alert handling, incident management, and metrics.
• Design and monitor secure industrial architectures at our sites in Switzerland and internationally.
• Supervise security testing campaigns (Red Team) and implement recommendations.
• Consolidate hardening activities by closing obsolete protocols and reviewing access regularly.
• Ensure smooth communication with business and technical stakeholders to promote security practices.
• Be responsible for reporting, prioritization, and continuous improvement of OT security measures.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of experience in cybersecurity, with advanced knowledge of industrial environments.
• Ability to structure, lead, and evolve large-scale OT security activities.
• Knowledge of OT security standards, especially IEC 62443, and concepts of secure architecture and identity management.
• Ability to animate and coordinate multidisciplinary technical teams, including external partners.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Natural leadership, strong prioritization skills, and the ability to manage complexity.
• Ability to act as a relay between technical issues and business expectations, ensuring fluid and structured communication.
• Willingness to travel within Switzerland and internationally (10-20% of work time).
