Comparis.ch is Switzerland's leading comparison platform seeking a Lead Organic Growth & AI Search. You will shape and own our SEO, GEO, and content strategy to drive organic growth across search engines and AI-supported platforms.

You will lead initiatives, work with marketing, product, tech, and UX teams, and manage internal specialists and external agencies to deliver measurable business impact. Flexible hours, home office, and remote work are available.

What you will do

• You will develop and be responsible for our SEO, GEO, and content strategy to drive organic growth across search engines and AI-supported platforms.
• You will identify and prioritise growth potentials through keyword, search intent, competitor, and performance analyses.
• You will lead SEO and GEO initiatives and actively participate in content creation as well as the optimisation of landing pages to increase qualified traffic, leads, and conversions.
• You will work closely with teams from marketing, product, tech, and UX to implement scalable and high-performance solutions.
• You will take on the professional leadership of internal specialists and external agencies, ensuring high-quality implementation with measurable business success.
• You will continuously analyse organic search performance, monitor new developments in AI-supported search, and optimise our strategy based on relevant KPIs and ROI.

What we expect from you

• Several years of practical experience in search engine optimisation (SEO), organic growth, and content strategy in the digital environment.
• Profound expertise in technical SEO, content optimisation, search intents, and conversion-oriented landing pages.
• Solid understanding of Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO), AI-supported search, and the evolving role of large language models (LLMs).
• Proven ability to develop strategies, implement them operationally, and achieve measurable results.
• Strong analytical and entrepreneurial thinking with a focus on traffic, lead generation, conversions, and return on investment (ROI).
• Excellent skills in data analysis and data visualisation.
• Practical experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google BigQuery, Google Cloud, Google Data Studio, and Tableau.
• Experience in managing external agencies as well as leading internal specialists professionally.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial, and solution-oriented personality with strong communication skills and high competence in stakeholder management.
• Excellent presentation skills, including experience with tools such as Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Excellent oral and written English skills. Knowledge of German, French, or Italian is a great advantage.
