CERN seeks a software engineer to modernise its Geodetic Metrology data management system, migrating legacy Oracle APEX/PL/SQL apps to a Java/Spring Boot and Angular platform, while redesigning a mission-critical application for CERN's Accelerator Complex.

You will analyze Oracle APEX pages, implement Spring Boot REST APIs and Angular frontend, and participate in the full SDLC with agile practices, ensuring maintainable, scalable solutions and strong end-user collaboration.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with Java/Spring and Angular in modern web apps.
• Strong SQL and Oracle PL/SQL knowledge.
• Experience with concurrent/multithreaded programming.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Kubernetes.
• Ability to work in a CERN IT environment with stakeholders.
