Consulteer GmbH in Bern is seeking a Solutions Architect to design scalable, resilient enterprise solutions with a strong focus on Java and the Spring ecosystem. You will work closely with engineering, product, and business teams to translate requirements into robust technical architectures.

Your role involves guiding development, evaluating options for security, performance, and maintainability, and communicating trade-offs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders throughout the SDLC.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience designing end-to-end Java enterprise architectures.
• Proficiency with Spring Boot, Spring Cloud and RESTful services.
• Ability to lead development teams and communicate architectural decisions to stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Design end-to-end architectures for Java-based enterprise applications.
• Define scalable and resilient distributed systems using Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and REST APIs.
• Design microservices, service-oriented, and event-driven architectures.
• Define integration solutions using APIs, messaging, event streaming, SOA, EAI, and EDA.
• Provide architectural guidance to development teams and promote modern engineering practices.
• Evaluate technology options based on scalability, security, performance, complexity, and maintainability.
• Support solution design throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Communicate architectural decisions and trade-offs to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
