Zusammenfassung

LHH is recruiting a Senior Solutions Engineer in Geneva for a role bridging engineering and client technical teams. You will deliver solutions, drive implementations, and shape roadmaps while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in complex IT environments, expertise in virtualization, Linux, Kubernetes, and SQL development, and experience in deployment of complex solutions. The role offers a hybrid work setup.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years' experience in integrating products in complex environment (Financial, a plus).
• Experience as Technical Solutions Architect or Solutions Engineer (or equivalent).
• Experience in IT environment and frameworks (virtualization, VDI, backup, application management).
• Excellent knowledge of modern DevOps tooling (Linux, Kubernetes).
• Excellent knowledge in deployment (complex solutions).
• Good knowledge in SQL and Software Development.

Aufgaben

• Bridge engineering teams and client’s technical teams to deliver solutions.
• Define requirements, solutions, develop roadmaps, improve systems architectures and design features.
• Lead installation and integration of client solutions and deliver advanced services.
• Maintain and support relationships with customers.
• Ensure knowledge transfer to partners and customers.
