Job summary

Albedis SA in Basel is seeking a Lead Internal Auditor with a focus on Front Office. You will plan and execute audits across financial crime, business conduct, and regulatory topics, reporting to senior management and coordinating audits in international locations.

Experience as a Lead Auditor in banking/financial services is required; candidate should travel approximately 30 days per year and work on-site in Basel. English reports are essential; additional languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Completed banking education or equivalent professional qualification.
• Higher business degree (university or UAS) or equivalent.
• Recognised certifications such as CIA or CFA are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and conclude end-to-end audits independently across risk areas.
• Prepare concise audit reports with actionable recommendations.
• Act as sparring partner to management and support risk discussions.
