Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a Team Lead, Human Data Operations – Vision, Image & Video in Switzerland. The role combines hands-on data review with people leadership to build high-quality labeling for AI systems.

You will manage a team of AI Tutors, ensure guideline adherence, and drive process improvements through KPIs and collaboration with data, engineering, and operations teams. Responsibilities include owning delivery quality, coaching staff, refining workflows, and translating model requirements

Qualifications

• Experience leading small teams in data labeling, annotation or QA.
• Strong ability to coach, give feedback and conduct performance reviews.
• Experience using metrics and KPIs to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end quality and delivery for human data projects.
• Lead and develop a team of AI Tutors with regular feedback.
• Participate in labeling and review activities to ensure quality.
• Manage guidelines, taxonomy, QA workflows and certification standards.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement efficiency improvements.
• Track performance with KPIs and dashboards.
