Qualifikationen

• 1+ years of hands‑on data labeling or AI training experience.
• Experience building scalable, high‑performance software applications.
• Understanding of data quality metrics and annotation workflows.
• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and model training impact.

• Own end-to-end quality and delivery for human data projects.
• Lead, coach, and performance-manage a team of AI Tutors.
• Labeling, annotation, evaluation, and review activities.
