Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Development Engineer for a long-term assignment in Fribourg. You will lead development of Exhaust Aftertreatment Systems, defining specifications and coordinating tests to meet project targets. A strong team spirit and problem-solving approach are essential.

Requirements include a Diploma in Engineering and 3–5 years in EATS or related hardware development; DEF dosing experience is a plus. Proficiency with measurement tools (CSM, Vector) is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 3–5 years experience in EATS, exhaust system or hardware development.
• Experience with DEF dosing systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of Exhaust Aftertreatment Systems from requirements to testing and PPAP.
• Define technical specifications and ensure alignment with project targets.
• Coordinate development and validation activities, tests, measurements and resources.
• Act as technical reference for EATS suppliers and support software maintenance.
