Qualifikationen

• Mechanical training in heavy duty engines or equivalent.
• Experience in engine development and combustion engines; workshop/test bench experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of measuring technology and testing.
• Advanced knowledge of post-processing and ERP programs.
• Fluent in French with good English skills.

Aufgaben

• Participate in development and testing of diesel and gas engines and validate engine components on test benches.
• Coordinate with a test engineer and act as interface between test engineer and workshop for engine assembly/disassembly; create assembly requests including dataset and instrumentation.
• Ensure tasks during assembly/disassembly are performed and generate reports.
• Request measurement devices and use tools such as borescope and torque measurement tools.
• Own engine bill of materials and parts running time throughout engine life.
• Create test programs, follow testing activities on test benches, analyze measurements and write reports.
