Electronics Industrialization Engineer – Drive Production

Job summary

VAT Group in Switzerland seeks a driven electronics engineer to lead the industrialization of new electronics products through to final acceptance. You will collaborate with EMS partners and internal teams to qualify production, develop test tools, and document production processes.

The role includes executing first article inspections, standardizing processes, supporting further electronics development, and coordinating product changes within an international matrix organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electronics or mechatronic engineering.
• Experience in electronics development (analog, digital, uC, power electronics).
• Experience in programming (C, C#, SPS) and ECAD tools such as ALTIUM.

Responsibilities

• Accompany the entire industrialization process of new electronics products through final acceptance.
• Support EMS partners and internal departments to ensure a successful production qualification.
• Develop test tools for product verification and create necessary production documents.
• Execute and document first article inspections and standardize production processes.
• Support electronics product development and coordinate product changes as part of change management.
