Zusammenfassung

VAT Group is seeking an Electronics Engineer to drive industrialization of new electronics products at our Haag, Switzerland site. You will collaborate with EMS partners and internal teams to qualify production, develop test tools, and create essential production documentation.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s/Master’s in electronics or mechatronics, hands-on development experience (analog/digital/uC/power), and proficiency in C/C++ or C# with ECAD tools such as ALTIUM.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electronics or mechatronic engineering.
• Experience in electronics development (analog, digital, uC, power electronics).
• Experience in programming (e.g. C, C#, SPS) and ECAD-tools (e.g. ALTIUM).
• You fit well into our corporate culture and international matrix organization with hands-on work style and task-oriented delivery.
• International travels in the range of 5-10%.

Aufgaben

• Accompany the entire industrialization process of new electronics products until the final acceptance.
• Support EMS partners and internal departments to ensure a successful production process qualification.
• Development of individual test tools for product verification.
• Creation of the necessary production documents.
• Execute and document first article inspections.
• Standardization of production processes.
• Support electronics product development.
• Coordination and implementation of product changes as part of the change management.
