Qualifikationen

• Degree in mechanical, electrical or mechatronic engineering.
• Experience with production machinery, automation systems or custom equipment.
• Practical experience in machine improvements or process development.
• Structured working style and independent work capability.
• Knowledge of qualification activities is advantageous.
• Strong troubleshooting in mechanical, pneumatic and electrical systems.
• Ability to read and create drawings, electrical schematics and technical documentation.
• Experience with PLC or PC based control systems (Beckhoff TwinCAT, Siemens or similar).
• Knowledge of automation components and mechatronic integration.
• Experience MS 365 is required; Fusion 360 or Solid Works is an advantage.
• Leadership experience is beneficial.
• B2 and fluent English; Swiss/European work authorization precondition.

Aufgaben

• Lead and develop a team of engineers and technicians.
• Develop production and automation equipment for our clean-room production.
• Optimize and upgrade existing production infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing processes and coordinate routine and preventive maintenance on production and cleanroom equipment.
• Supervise the in-house extrusion line.
• Prepare technical specifications for external suppliers and manage investment projects.
• Execute and document qualification and validation (DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ).
• Maintain technical documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Work closely with production and product development teams in a dynamic, start-up style environment.
