STAAR Surgical is opening a new Nidau manufacturing site and seeks a Lead Manufacturing 100% (Final Packaging). You will organize workloads, ensure GMP/EHS/QMS compliance, monitor performance, and lead 8-15 operators. Strong cross-functional collaboration and detail-oriented execution are essential.

The role requires multilingual capability (English plus German or French), solid MS Office skills, and a proactive, reliable work style in a clean-room environment.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of professional experience in a similar position with team management.
• Very good knowledge of English and German and/or French (oral and written).
• Very good PC skills, especially MS Office.
• Flexible, resilient and a strong team player with good communication.
• Quality-conscious, organized and reliable way of working.

Aufgaben

• Organize and allocate workload to operators to meet production targets.
• Ensure EHS/GMP and QMS compliance with proper documentation.
• Monitor production metrics and drive improvements with cross-functional teams.
• Lead and train a team of 8-15 operators, including scheduling and evaluations.
• Manage inventory in ERP and organize materials for daily operations.
