Zusammenfassung

GE Vernova seeks a Lead Engineer for Continuous Emissions Monitoring Systems (CEMS) and Plant Chemistry. You will own the full technical lifecycle from concept to commissioning and field support across global power plants.

You will develop architectures, specifications, and procurement documents, while maintaining critical engineering documentation and supporting supplier reviews. Travel internationally may be required, with a focus on quality and compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or related field
• Demonstrated knowledge of emissions monitoring systems, including gas analyzers, instrumentation, and package engineering
• Strong experience within plant chemistry systems in power generation, including dosing, sampling, water/wastewater treatment, and water/steam cycle chemistry
• Experience developing technical specifications, reviewing supplier documentation, and supporting procurement and project execution activities
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Ability to travel internationally on short notice
• Experience in laboratory water analyses (IC) and field troubleshooting (preferred)
• Familiarity with Visio, COMOS, or AVEVA (preferred)

Aufgaben

• Lead the engineering and technical delivery of CEMS, sampling, dosing and plant chemistry systems across the full project lifecycle
• Develop system architectures, functional specifications, component specifications, and procurement documents for plant chemistry packages
• Prepare and maintain key engineering documentation, including P&IDs, calculation notes, interface documents, and technical dossiers
• Evaluate and manage technical documentation from suppliers and align with stakeholders
• Provide hands-on technical support during project execution, site commissioning, and troubleshooting activities
• Contribute to continuous improvement, standardization, and development initiatives within the plant chemistry scope
