Ball Corporation is seeking a Process Expert to drive successful start-up performance for new builds, lines, and conversions across washer, RO, and WWT areas. You will lead a specific process area, optimize materials, utilities, and ensure environmental compliance, with frequent travel across the EMEA region to support plants and projects.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Chemical Engineering with minimum 3 years as CPO/CPM in can manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with washers, wastewater treatment, soluble oil systems, filtration and cooling towers.
• Train-the-Trainer certification is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with proficiency in data analysis/reporting tools.
• Willingness to travel on short notice.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Perform specialised chemical and process adjustments to optimise production outcomes.
• Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for complex mechanical/process issues.
• Ensure optimal performance and reliability of chemical processing equipment during start-ups.
• Provide technical leadership for FE area performance during start-up phases.
• Train site personnel in process understanding and performance expectations.
