Qualifikationen

• Technical Degree in Engineering or applied science.
• Fluent in English and German.
• Several years leading deployment of CQV activities, CAPEX projects and QA in global organizations.
• Deep understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing operations and technologies.
• Experience in commissioning pharma manufacturing assets and leading cross-functional C&Q teams.

Aufgaben

• Develop global standards and processes for CQV.
• Roll out Lonza CQV approach and standardized procedures.
• Provide oversight of CQV activities across GE projects globally.
• Lead regional CQV and COE teams; coach CQV experts.
• Collaborate with project teams and procurement to staff and optimize CQV activities.
• Track portfolio progress and present corrective actions as needed.
• Deploy the Digital CQ platform and maintain centralized C&Q standards.
