Job summary

Zurich is seeking an experienced analytics professional to join the Unit-Linked team within Savings & Retirement in Zurich. You will shape capital light product designs, build analytical tooling, and bridge gaps between Savings & Retirement, BUs and Group Departments.

You bring deep insurance knowledge, strong data analytics, and a track record in capital modelling, risk assessment and cross‑functional collaboration across geographies. Hybrid work in CH is offered.

Qualifications

• Extensive insurance knowledge and market experience.
• Strong data analytics and ability to model complex cash flows.
• Capable of capital modelling, risk assessment and structuring.
• Excellent English communication; other languages a plus.
• Proven stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Experience with regulatory frameworks and capital regimes.
• Strong project management and change/transformation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop a framework and tooling for evaluating capital light products across Savings and Retirement.
• Drive technical analytics and act as a bridge between teams and groups.
• Facilitate data and tooling sharing across departments.
• Advance capital modelling, risk structuring and risk transformation initiatives.
• Analyse required capital methodologies, liquidity implications, and accounting considerations.
• Support execution of projects with Proposition team and BU counterparts.
• Challenge decisions and help teams converge on pragmatic solutions.
