Job summary

Zurich Insurance is seeking a Head of Capital-Light Savings & Retirement to lead the global strategy, commercial performance and development of the capital-light Savings & Retirement business. You will mobilise teams across markets to turn strategy into execution and shape propositions for customers in a rapidly evolving insurance and asset-management landscape.

You will own the global commercial agenda, define strategy, anticipate market developments, and drive end-to-end customer propositions

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in financial services across multiple markets.
• Proven ability to own commercial outcomes in savings, wealth, or investments.
• Strong understanding of capital markets and retail investment structures.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global commercial and performance agenda, including net flows and profitability.
• Define strategy and roadmap for capital-light Savings & Retirement offerings.
• Mobilise cross-market teams to translate strategy into execution.
• Develop compelling customer propositions across accumulation, planning, retirement transition and decumulation.
