For an international pharmaceutical company located in Visp, we are looking for a Lead Automation Engineer:
JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Lead and manage Syncade and DeltaV Automation Team (Team size 15 - 20)
2. Progress monitoring and reporting
3. Participate and drive automation specific CQV strategies with CQV team
4. Technical SME

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENT / RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

1. Education: Bachelor / Master’s in relevant engineering discipline (e.g. Automation, Engineer, Plant Engineer, Mechanical Engineer)
2. Language: English - fluent
3. Expertise in the area of Bioprocess Automation (Emerson DeltaV / MES Syncade)
4. 10 - 15 years of hands-on / troubleshooting experience is mandatory
5. Recognizing risks in relation to security or compliance / good GMP knowledge
6. Structured, focused and well-organized work ethic. Solution-oriented and open-minded for new ideas
7. Impeccable team and social skills, very good understanding of IT / process control systems. A view for operational optimization potential
8. Ability to communicate internally and externally at higher levels; strong business understanding and strong team orientation

START DATE: February 2024
END DATE: Until 31.12.2024 (high probability of extension)
WORK LOCATION: 3930 Visp
