Randstad is seeking an experienced Senior Verification & Test Engineer / Test Team Lead to head verification activities with emphasis on automation and HIL testing. You will guide four engineers, develop scalable test solutions, and ensure traceable, quality verification across HW/SW projects.

The ideal candidate brings 5–8+ years in verification, strong Python/Robot Framework skills, and proven leadership in cross-functional teams.

Qualifikationen

• 5–8+ years in verification, testing, or quality engineering.
• Hands-on experience with automated verification and test campaigns.
• Strong Python and Robot Framework expertise.
• Experience leading a small technical team and cross-functional collaboration.

Aufgaben

• Define and execute requirements-based verification throughout development.
• Develop and maintain automated HIL test sequences in Python/Robot Framework.
• Lead a team of four test engineers and ensure timely delivery of results.
• Analyze failures, document findings, and drive corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Product, Hardware, Software, and QA teams.
