Job-Room in Hinwil, Switzerland seeks a Senior Test Engineer (m/f/d) on a freelance/temporary project. You will develop, execute, and document automated verification and product tests, ensuring compatibility with product requirements and quality standards.

You will guide four test engineers and coordinate verification activities to achieve timely delivery. Ideal candidates have hands-on Python and Robot Framework experience, strong knowledge of GIT, Jira, and Confluence, and excellent English

Qualifikationen

• Must have degree in engineering or related technical discipline.
• Strong experience with requirements-based product testing, verification, or quality engineering.
• Hands-on Python/Robot Framework for automated HIL testing.
• Experience coordinating a small team or project management.
• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for developing, executing and documenting automated verification and product tests (improve test efficiency, scalability)
• Ensure compliance with product requirements, quality standards and customer
• Coordinates and guides the work of four test engineers, ensuring effective planning, execution and delivery of verification activities

Profile

• Degree in Engineering, Applied Sciences, or a related technical discipline (Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Physics)
• Solid experience in requirements-based product testing, verification, validation, or quality engineering
• Solid experience with modern SW development and verification processes and supporting tools
• Hands-on experience in developing, maintaining and executing automated HIL test sequences using Python / Robot Framework
• Experience in coordinating the work of a small team or experience as a project manager
• Stong experience with Python, Robot Framework, GIT / Strong experience with Jira, Confluence
• Advantageous: ISTQB Foundation Level
• Very good English and German skills
