Bank J. Safra Sarasin is seeking a Lead Auditor to drive end-to-end audits across a diverse range of risk topics, including financial crime and business conduct.

You will own selected international locations, identify risks, and collaborate with senior management to implement timely responses. The role requires 5+ years in banking audit, strong analytical and communication skills, and willingness to travel ~30 days/year.

Qualificações

• Lead Auditor with banking audit experience (internal or external)
• English fluency; German/French/Spanish a plus
• Willingness to travel abroad (≈30 days/year)
• Banking apprenticeship or higher business education; CIA/CFA or equivalent
• CPA qualification advantageous

Responsabilidades

• Plan, execute and report end-to-end audits with goal- and deadline-orientation
• Draft clear, impactful audit reports for stakeholders
• Act as sparring partner for management
• Monitor the implementation of audit measures
• Prepare statements for Head of Group Internal Audit, Board or other decision-makers
• Oversee audits in Panama and Bahamas locations (annual risk assessment, planning)
• Participate in special investigations and projects
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert
