EY in Switzerland is seeking an Audit Senior in the Financial Services group to work on audits of major banks and financial institutions. You will gain exposure to complex banking environments, global audit teams and cross-border engagements.

This role offers the opportunity to develop deep industry expertise, build trusted client relationships, and lead audit workstreams while mentoring junior staff across local and international engagements.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years audit experience, ideally banking/financial services.
• Pursuing Swiss CPA qualification.
• Strong knowledge of Swiss and international accounting standards.
• Understanding of financial service industry processes and systems.
• Assertive, proactive, with good organizational skills.
• Ability to network and build client relationships within large organizations.
• Demonstrated integrity, respect and teamwork.
• Willingness to lead audit workstreams and supervise junior team members.
• Fluency in German and English; French is a strong asset.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel and monitor client satisfaction.
• Coordinate translation of audit strategy into detailed audit programs.
• Help grow the practice through trusted client relationships and high-performing teams.
• Audit local and international financial services providers reporting under Swiss or international standards.
• Deliver FINMA supplementary audits on special topics.
