MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company SA, Geneva, seeks an experienced Lead Financial Auditor - Financial Processes to lead comprehensive audits, ensure regulatory and internal policy compliance, and investigate fraud indicators. The role will leverage SAP to analyze transactions and data across the organization.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in financial auditing, CPA or equivalent certification, and excellent English; French or Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.
• CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of financial auditing experience with focus on fraud/forensic accounting.
• Advanced Excel analysis skills and ability to work with big data.
• Proficiency in SAP and other financial software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High integrity and attention to detail.
• Excellent spoken and written English; French or Spanish desirable.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive financial audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
• Investigate and identify potential financial fraud, irregularities, and discrepancies.
• Analyse financial data and transactions using SAP to detect and prevent fraudulent activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective fraud prevention measures.
• Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to senior management.
• Provide recommendations for improving internal controls and processes.
