Celonic Group in Basel is seeking a Sr. Scientist Analytical Services to drive the timely development and optimization of analytical methods, with emphasis on U(H)PLC and Mass Spectrometry (MS) to support biologics characterization across customer projects.

You will lead analytical activities, design GMP-ready methods, review documentation, coach junior staff, and collaborate across multi-cultural teams to deliver high-quality results within timelines.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in engineering or life sciences; PhD preferred.
• 5+ years in biotech/pharma with analytical development focus.
• Proven expertise in U(H)PLC and MS, including method development and data interpretation.

Aufgaben

• Execute and lead analytical activities in core areas (U(H)PLC, MS); data evaluation, interpretation, review and reporting.
• Design, develop and optimize GMP-ready analytical methods for fast-paced development.
• Review and author analytical documentation to ensure scientific quality and compliance.
• Provide planning, data review, prioritization and coordination of departmental activities.
• Coach and train colleagues, driving ownership and continuous improvement.
