Adaptyv is seeking a talented individual in Lausanne to build analytical characterization capabilities for biologics. This role focuses on developing and validating methods such as HPLC and mass spectrometry to ensure accurate reporting of molecular properties.

You'll partner across teams to automate high-throughput processes, build a productized analytical menu, and provide insights on data interpretations. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience and be a builder who thrives in an interdisciplinary environment.

Qualifikationen

• Deep, hands-on expertise in HPLC and mass spectrometry for proteins/biologics.
• Applied industry experience in QC or commercial CRO setting.
• Strong knowledge of antibody and biologics analytical stack.

Aufgaben

• Develop, validate, and run analytical methods hands-on.
• Build the analytical characterization menu for antibody stack.
• Partner with lab automation to bring methods onto automated systems.
• Work with the software team to structure data and build QC pipelines.
• Set the quality bar and troubleshoot instruments and methods.
• Advise customers on data interpretation.
