Job summary

Qualifications
- PhD in Analytical Chemistry with minimum 5 years of relevant industrial experience.
- Proven experience in leading complex analytical projects.
- Strong expertise in method development and validation.
- Experience in an ISO 17025 environment is an advantage.
- Fluent in English and French.
Responsibilities
- Act as scientific referent for critical analytical activities.
- Develop, validate, and optimize advanced analytical methods.
- Define analytical strategies for complex problem-solving.
- Lead analytical investigations and support operations (troubleshooting, root cause analysis, customer support).
- Support ISO 17025 compliance activities.
- Laboratory staff and contribute to competency development among the team members.
- Represent the analytical laboratory in cross-functional and strategic projects.
