You will own analytical decisions, mentor staff, and ensure robustness and long-term sustainability of lab activities while collaborating with cross-functional teams on strategic projects.

Qualifikationen

• PhD in Analytical Chemistry with minimum 5 years of relevant industrial experience
• Proven experience in leading complex analytical projects
• Strong expertise in method development and validation
• Advanced knowledge of analytical techniques
• Experience working in an ISO 17025 environment is an advantage
• Strong analytical thinking, autonomy, and scientific leadership
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Act as scientific referent for critical analytical activities
• Develop, validate, and optimize advanced analytical methods
• Define analytical strategies for complex problem-solving
• Lead analytical investigations and support operations (troubleshooting, root cause analysis, customer support)
• Support ISO 17025 compliance activities
• Mentor laboratory staff and contribute to competency development among the team members
• Represent the analytical laboratory in cross-functional and strategic projects
