Zusammenfassung

Fortil, a Swiss-based engineering group, seeks a Senior Analog & Power Hardware Engineer to lead end-to-end hardware developments in Lausanne on-site within a multidisciplinary R&D team.

You will own analog and power boards, define robust DC-DC architectures, perform schematic design and validation, and drive production readiness while ensuring low-noise performance in demanding environments.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or Microelectronics.
• 8+ years of industrial hardware development experience.
• Strong experience in analog and/or power electronics.
• Proven ability to take boards from architecture to production readiness.
• Experience with DC-DC converters and power-supply design.
• Experience defining power architectures and EMI/EMC controls.
• Experience with PCB layouts, grounding and thermal management.
• Hands-on lab skills with oscilloscopes, probes and analyzers.
• Excellent documentation and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Fluent or professional English; Swiss or EU citizenship preferred.
• Availability to work on-site in Lausanne.

Aufgaben

• Own end-to-end development of analog and power electronic boards.
• Define power-supply architectures including DC-DC converters and regulators.
• Design analog, mixed-signal and power circuits.
• Translate system requirements into hardware specifications.
• Perform schematic design, component selection and simulations.
• Plan PCB layout, routing, stack-up, grounding and thermal constraints.
• Lead board bring-up, debugging, and validation activities.
• Develop prototypes and validation platforms; support production transfer.
• Produce design documents, validation plans and test reports.
