Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of analog and digital electronics with experience to series production.
• Practical knowledge of power electronics and control technology.
• Experience in circuit development, simulation, testing, and validation.
• Familiarity with EMC, thermal, and electrical testing and verification processes.
• Experience with FMEA and worst-case analyses is an advantage.
• Structured, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to handle complex technical relationships.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills in an international environment.
• Fluent in English and German.

Aufgaben

• Contribute to the development of technical specifications, product ideas, and solution concepts within international development teams.
• Design and develop analog, digital, signal, and power electronic circuits.
• Perform simulations, worst-case analyses, and FMEAs to validate circuit designs.
• Evaluate, select, and validate electronic components according to technical and product requirements.
• Conduct electrical, thermal, and EMC measurements on prototypes and pre-series products.
• Verify and validate prototypes and pre-series devices, including the preparation of verification and test documentation.
• Plan and coordinate qualification activities with internal and external laboratories.
• Prepare manufacturing documentation, test specifications, and technical documentation to support the transition to series production.
• Collaborate with international development teams and contribute to the continuous improvement of drive technology and electronic systems.
