The World Economic Forum in Geneva seeks an Account Analyst to support Account Managers across the Latin America portfolio, handling onboarding, meeting prep, and partner communications. This on-site role requires 3 days per week in line with company policy and involves coordinating events and internal processes.

You will maintain CRM data, assist with community activities, and help streamline operations using Salesforce, AI tools, and the Forum's digital platforms to deliver a high-quality

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Economics, Management or related field.
• 1+ years of full-time experience in business development, relationship management, strategy coordination, project management or process improvement.
• Strong understanding of sales cycle management and account management.
• Ability to research company news, strategic priorities and industry developments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to manage expectations.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce; familiarity with AI tools and Slack.

Mansioni

• Account management support: assist Account Managers with onboarding Partners, preparing meeting agendas/documents, supporting logistics, and introducing digital tools to Partners.
• Event-related support: track registrations, support speaking processes, agenda building, and collate shortlists for senior leaders.
• Community coordination: support activities of the Communications & Technology and Media, Entertainment and Sport Industry Communities across Forum events.
• Data quality and systems management: maintain accurate account data in Forum systems; liaise with Business Services to address Salesforce issues and ensure CRM tools are used efficiently.
• Continuous improvement: respond to requests, provide administrative support, identify opportunities to streamline processes and tools.
