Proclinical is seeking a Laboratory Technician to contribute to the advancement of innovative chemical processes and support the supply of drug substances through high-quality experimental work. This role offers cutting-edge technologies and multidisciplinary collaboration in a scientifically driven environment.

The ideal candidate will hold a Laboratory Technician apprenticeship or equivalent, with hands-on synthesis experience, and proficiency with HPLC, GC, NMR, EasyMax, and FlexyALR.

Qualifikationen

• Completed apprenticeship as a Laboratory Technician or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience in chemical synthesis and process development.
• Proficiency with standard synthesis and analytical equipment (HPLC, GC, NMR).
• Excellent documentation, organizational, and communication skills.
• German working level and strong English communication.

Aufgaben

• Conduct laboratory experiments to support chemical process development and manufacturing strategies.
• Analyze and communicate experimental data to project teams and manufacturing sites.
• Contribute to process optimization, troubleshooting, and scale-up activities.
• Support advanced technology platforms and GMP/non-GMP batch production for advanced modalities.
• Maintain compliant electronic laboratory records (eLN) and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to continuous improvement.
