Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Staff Planning Tool Intern to join our Laboratory Resource Planning team in Geneva. The role supports eight lab departments to replace Excel-based planning with a flexible tool, under supervision, with 40 hours weekly and 80% option.

You'll be enrolled in a Bachelor’s program and will gain exposure to Labcorp’s global business, with mentoring, leadership sessions, and cross-functional collaboration across English and French-speaking teams.

Qualifications

• Current enrolment in a Bachelor’s degree program.
• Preferred enrolment in a Master’s degree program.
• Able to collaborate with stakeholders and colleagues across functions.

Responsibilities

• Review existing Excel-based lab plannings and identify limitations.
• Propose a flexible staff planning tool to management.
• Develop staff planning for eight lab departments considering HR rules and trainings.
• Train supervisors to use the new planning tool.
