Job summary

The ideal candidate has a life sciences degree, lab management experience, excellent communication, strong organizational skills, and fluency in English (German a plus).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life science or related discipline or apprenticeship.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to foster productive relationships.
• Fluent English; German advantageous for suppliers.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills; proactive mindset.
• Ability to work independently and with the team; handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up lab infrastructure and data management processes.
• Coordinate procurement, PO generation, supplier management, and goods reception.
• Ensure efficient research operations, compliance with biosafety and regulatory guidelines.
• Support budgeting, accruals and cost-saving opportunities; track expenses.
• Oversee inventory, compound storage, logistics with CROs; organize shipments.
