Zusammenfassung

D-ploy is seeking an IT professional to provide 1st and 2nd level onsite support within a regulated environment. You will handle hardware, Windows systems, and support computerized systems in GMP labs.

You will collaborate with multi-national teams, document installations, and assist in software-related troubleshooting. English and German are required; French is a plus. A paper-based workflow and ongoing development opportunities are part of the role.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in IT support, preferably in regulated environments.
• Familiarity with GMP/GxP and quality systems.
• Strong communication and collaboration in multinational teams.
• Interest in technical writing and software/documentation.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• IT Support 1st and 2nd level (onsite)

  • Hardware (Printers, Scanners, Handheld devices), Windows

• Support of Computerized Systems

  • Supporting computers for qualification according to defined strategy
  • User administration and support the deployment of new tools
  • Reporting periodically
  • Performing system reviews (for GMP systems) and backups
  • Regular contacts and cooperation with software providers

• Lab IT support

  • Prepare documentation of installations
  • Implementation of IT hardware and infrastructure-related solutions
  • Troubleshooting and investigation for analytical software applications and lab PC systems

• 2-3 years in pharmaceutical environment

• IT background

• Good understanding of and motivation for working in regulated environments (GxP)

• Interested in different software (user/power user skills)

• Interest in Technical Writing and Software related topics

• Ability and willingness to work in a paper-based environment

• Flexible and team oriented person

• Collaborative and creative individual who owns and solves problems creatively, can communicate his/her ideas and results very effectively to colleagues and stakeholders

• Experienced working in multinational teams, i.e. sensitive of cultural differences and adaptable

• Fluent English and German knowledge required, French knowledge is a plus

• Candidates have to declare Criminal record extract not older than three months
