This is a fast-moving, internal-facing role focused on adoption and reliability across LabOS, APIs, and AI systems. The role emphasizes practical engineering, not research, and involves shipping deployable workflows, observability, and reusable

Qualifikationen

• Strong software engineering fundamentals with production systems experience.
• Proficiency in TypeScript or Python and hands-on with LLMs and agentic patterns.
• Ability to design clean APIs, SDKs, and reusable interfaces.
• Experience turning manual processes into automated workflows.
• Comfortable working across teams and shipping reliable tooling quickly.

Aufgaben

• Wrap internal APIs into installable SDKs and servers for agents to use in minutes.
• Improve the lab-wide assistant and integrate it with existing APIs and AI systems.
• Turn manual business processes into agents and workflows with measurable impact.
• Aggregate data across experiments and operations to surface actionable insights.
• Package capabilities, document them well, and drive adoption across the company.
