Adaptyv is building an automated lab where AI agents schedule, execute, and analyze biology experiments through an orchestration layer. You will contribute to the LabOS platform, enabling real-time lab visibility and AI-driven decision support.

You’ll work across the stack to design interfaces, APIs, and scheduling systems, turning hardware into programmable devices. We value product instincts, shipping discipline, and curiosity about biology.

Qualifikationen

• Evidence of full-stack production experience across the stack (TypeScript, React, Node, Postgres).
• Strong product instinct with a history of shipping and iterating based on user feedback.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity, defining scope and plans when specs are missing.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to augment development and decision-making.
• Curiosity about biology; enthusiasm for running experiments helps contextualize software in lab settings.

Aufgaben

• Build interfaces and APIs that give scientists and AI agents real-time lab visibility.
• Develop AI-agent tooling to automate decisions across experiment lifecycles.
• Convert proprietary hardware into API-controllable devices for programmatic operation.
• Design scheduling systems coordinating dozens of lab instruments with complex dependencies.
