Aufgaben

• Administer and support Linux server environments and KVM-based virtualization platforms.
• Perform day-2 operational activities including system maintenance, patching, health checks, and performance monitoring.
• Manage server hardware lifecycle activities across Dell PowerEdge and Lenovo ThinkSystem platforms.
• Coordinate firmware updates, operating system maintenance, and infrastructure upgrades.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure, operating system, hardware, and virtualization-related issues.
• Support operational automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in incident management, problem resolution, service reviews, and change implementation activities.
• Maintain operational standards, documentation, and governance processes to ensure service stability and reliability.
