NTT DATA in Winterthur, Switzerland, is seeking a skilled OpenStack and Kubernetes administrator to operate production platforms, resolve incidents, perform routine maintenance, and ensure platform stability.

You will collaborate with Linux and infrastructure teams, manage health checks, and contribute to incident coordination and service improvements in a German-speaking environment.

Preferred Certifications

• Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)
• Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD)
• OpenStack administration training/certification (e.g., Red Hat OpenStack Platform Administration)
• Additional Security, Network, Storage, or Compute infrastructure certifications are advantageous

Language Requirement

German language proficiency at minimum B2 level is mandatory. The role requires the ability to effectively participate in technical discussions, incident coordination, service reviews, change management activities, and day-to-day communication with German-speaking stakeholders, customers, and operational teams.

Citizenship Requirement

Applicants must hold Swiss citizenship.

Location

Winterthur area, Switzerland Candidates should be based in, or regularly available within, the Winterthur region to support customer engagement, operational coordination, onsite and remote-hands activities, governance meetings, and escalation management when required.
