NTT DATA, Inc. in Winterthur invites an experienced L2 OpenStack/Kubernetes-Container Ops Engineer to provide day-2 support for OpenStack and Kubernetes-based platforms.

You will maintain stable cloud services through incident management, health checks, and routine changes while coordinating with network, Linux, and infrastructure teams. Based in the Winterthur region, you will engage with German-speaking stakeholders and participate in governance and escalation processes.

Qualifikationen

• Experience supporting OpenStack and Kubernetes-based platforms in an enterprise environment.
• Strong Linux knowledge and cloud infrastructure understanding.
• Proactive incident management, troubleshooting, monitoring, and service operations.
• Ability to work within structured operational and service-management frameworks.

Aufgaben

• Administer and support OpenStack and Kubernetes/container platforms in production.
• Perform day-2 operations: incident resolution, service requests, health checks, maintenance.
• Troubleshoot container runtime, platform, and infrastructure issues.
• Execute standard changes, upgrades, and maintenance per procedures.
• Monitor platform health and document procedures and service records.
• Collaborate with Linux and bare-metal teams to ensure stability.
• Escalate complex issues to specialist engineering when needed.
