Zusammenfassung

An established industry player is seeking a KYC - Client Onboarding Specialist to enhance their client onboarding processes. This role involves supporting the Front Office in new client adoption, tracking account opening activities, and producing insightful reports on the onboarding process. The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in Financial Services, a keen understanding of Swiss banking regulations, and exceptional problem-solving skills. For our client, a global bank based in Geneva, we are looking for a
KYC - Client Onboarding Specialist

Responsibilities:
  1. Support the Front Office on the new client adoption and account maintenance activities.
  2. Participate in the continuous assessment and recommend actions to improve the client onboarding process.
  3. Track account opening and maintenance process and proactively follow-up across Front Office teams on progress and propose assistance in resolution of related issues.
  4. Produce regular reporting on account opening process, define and track improvement actions.
  5. Participate in periodic projects with the objective to share expertise and contribute to new process efficiency.
Profile:
  1. Good knowledge of client documentation and regulations in Swiss banking.
  2. Good problem-solving skills, multitasking, attention to detail, and accuracy.
  3. At least 5 years of Financial Services experience in a similar role including new client adoption and account maintenance.
  4. Working knowledge of Avaloq and Appway is a plus.
  5. Knowledge of CRS and FATCA regulation is a plus.
  6. Excellent level of English, French a plus.
