As a Key Account Manager (KAM) / Duty Station Manager (DSM), you will be the primary contact for our customers, coordinating handling contract implementation and after-sales support in Zurich. You will ensure high customer service standards for a dynamic portfolio, adopting a field-based, operational approach to support operational managers and teams in delivering sustainable service quality.
