Your responsibilities

As a Key Account Manager (KAM) / Duty Station Manager (DSM), you will be the primary contact for our customers, coordinating handling contract implementation and after-sales support in Zurich. You will ensure high customer service standards for a dynamic portfolio, adopting a field-based, operational approach to support operational managers and teams in delivering sustainable service quality.

  • Handle internal and external communication regarding SGHA/SLA and support the implementation of awarded contracts
  • Evaluate SLA performance and prepare KPI reports
  • Organize and lead customer review meetings
  • Coordinate customer audits
  • Update departments on key changes related to customer standards
  • Conduct process and performance checks through field activities
  • Incorporate customer feedback into the QMS and follow up on complaints and compliments
  • Develop new or additional products for clients
  • Analyze performance with managers and implement corrective actions
  • Support daily operations during emergencies as Duty Station Manager
