About Our Client

Our client is an international trustee company based in Switzerland and other international financial centers.

Job Description

  1. Prepare daily assistance for trusts and fiduciary institutions based on instructions from the Trust Management team;
  2. Control administrative tasks, including financial, regulatory, accounting, and database reviews, along with general document correspondence;
  3. Execute company payments and other transactions;
  4. Check and manage templates and files for accuracy;
  5. Oversee proper scheduling and coordination of board meetings and investment committee meetings;
  6. Work on various global projects, collaborating with colleagues from different departments;
  7. Serve as the first contact for matters related to administrative work;
  8. Participate in day-to-day office activities.

The Successful Applicant

  • One or two years of experience in trust or fiduciary structures;
  • STEP membership or in the process of obtaining it;
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks;
  • Proactive and able to work independently;
  • Fully computer literate (e.g., MS Office);
  • Excellent English communication skills;
  • Good knowledge of German;
  • Knowledge of Spanish is an asset;
  • Based in Geneva or Zurich.
