Job summary

KNF Neuberger AG in Balterswil, Switzerland, seeks a Junior Sales Engineer to support OEM customers, advise on KNF solutions and gain hands-on sales experience. You will be the main after-sales contact, helping to structure requirements and develop tailored solutions within a global engineering group.

You will grow in a dynamic, family-run environment with flexible hours and the option to work from home; German and English are essential, with French advantageous.

Qualifications

Technical background with sales orientation preferred.
Bachelor degree in electrical or mechanical engineering an advantage.
Initial experience in technical sales is an advantage.
Very good German and good English; French is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Advise OEM customers on KNF solutions through proactive communication.
Be responsible for after-sales and act as primary contact for customers.
Network within the KNF Group to structure requirements and develop solutions.
Independently manage selected customers and grow consulting and sales skills.
