Rivr, part of Amazon, is seeking a Robotics Hardware Engineer to design electro-mechanical assemblies and actuators for last-mile delivery robots in Zurich, Switzerland. You will prototype, test, and refine hardware while collaborating with electronics and software teams to ensure safe, reliable operation.

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of industry experience, with strong CAD skills and knowledge of manufacturing processes.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Robotics, Automotive or Aerospace.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop electro-mechanical assemblies, robotic payloads, and actuators.
• Build prototypes to evaluate functionality and performance.
• Integrate PCBAs into mechanical structures with electronics teams.
• Perform rigorous testing to verify reliability, durability and safety of hardware.
• Create detailed hardware documentation and testing protocols.
• Maintain documentation and best practices for knowledge sharing.
• Participate in design reviews to improve standards and processes.
