Job summary

Philochem AG, the discovery R&D center of the Philogen Group near Zurich, seeks a Junior Project Manager with a strong scientific background to join its Clinical Development. You will contribute to scientific and operational management of clinical programs, focusing on oncology therapies in a dynamic biotech setting.

The role combines scientific expertise with clinical project management, offering exposure to planning, execution and regulatory compliance within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to critically evaluate scientific literature.
• Ability to interpret experimental and clinical data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination and execution of clinical trials in accordance with ICH-GCP.
• Contribute to preparation and scientific review of key trial documentation.
• Coordinate and support trial start-up activities, including site activation.
• Conduct literature reviews and analyze data to support reports and presentations.
